He currently serves as the Founder of LeadingSpace, a youth-focused environmental hub empowering young people through climate education, community action, and leadership development.
With a background spanning climate advisory, communications consultancy, and program design, Kruss has supported organizations such as Uthabiti Africa, 350.org, and the Laudato Si Movement—where he helped organize interfaith climate forums and develop resilience strategies for community programs. His work blends strategic climate storytelling, grassroots mobilization, and mentorship to amplify young environmental leaders.
