On 31st December 2024, LeadingSpace hosted the Career Mapping Forum at [insert venue], bringing together a vibrant gathering of 60 young people eager to find clarity, direction, and inspiration for their career journeys. The event created an atmosphere alive with curiosity, mentorship, and forward-looking conversations, the kind of energy that reminds you just how powerful youth potential truly is.
We were honored to be graced by Dr. Kibe, a professor, doctor, and preacher whose presence set a tone of wisdom and depth. His session stirred the room, touching on purpose, discipline, and the courage required to walk into one’s calling. From academia to spirituality, he showed the participants that a fulfilling career is not just about professional titles but about serving meaningfully.
Rev. Daniel Makokha, a retired Forestisian with decades of experience, brought a grounded and refreshing perspective. His reflections on conservation, stewardship, and long term service resonated strongly with the youth, reminding them that leadership is rooted in responsibility and intentionality.
Youth leadership formed a strong pillar of the discussions as participants explored what it means to step boldly into spaces of influence. The forum emphasized that the future needs voices that are brave, innovative, and guided by values that uplift communities.
